Under Armour, Baltimore, and the National Football League (NFL) agreed to a multi-year contract extension that will see the apparel company retain exclusive rights as the NFL Scouting Combine’s official apparel outfitter.

Under Armour has held an exclusive licensing agreement with the NFL since 2009, and will continue to outfit all the NFL Scouting Combine participants during the event. The apparel company also will introduce more officially licensed Combine apparel and accessories for the fans.

“Through our new agreement, we are jointly making investments to grow and enhance the Combine, while serving our fans through an expanded line of Combine apparel and accessories,” says Christopher Halpin, SVP of NFL consumer products, in a statement. “Whether a potential first-round pick or a long-time NFL fan, everyone has fitness goals, and we want the Combine line to support the NFL community in achieving them.”

Major NFL stars such as New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton and Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones are all sponsored by Under Armour.

“The NFL Scouting Combine is the biggest moment of these young athletes’ lives, and it aligns with Under Armour’s mission to break new barriers in performance and innovation,” says Adam Peake, EVP of global marketing for Under Armour, in a statement.
