Where is the Sports Licensing & Tailgate Show located in Las Vegas?

What are the dates for future events?

Are hotel discounts offered?
YES! SLATS negotiates special hotel rates for our trade show. We encourage you to book your hotel at one of our official hotels. For more information, please visit the ‘Book Hotel’ page under ‘Hotel & Travel’.
IMPORTANT: The Sports Licensing & Tailgate Show works only with HotelMaps to offer discounted rates. HotelMaps is the only approved hotel vendor associated with SLATS. Please alert us if you have questions about any bogus hotel promotions you may receive.
Are there wheelchair and scooter rentals available at the show?
Wheelchair and scooter rentals can be purchased at the FedEx Business Center in the South Hall of the LVCC. Please call ahead or email the FedEx Business Center for more information.
Are children allowed to be on the show floor?
Children under the age of 16 are NOT allowed on the show floor. Show management reserves the right to request proof of age for any person and restrict minors from the exhibitions floor at any time on any day for safety and liability reasons.
What are the show floor restrictions?
- No wheeled bags larger than 18″ H x 12″W is allowed on the show floor at any time.
- Trade only event – Not open to the general public. A person must be a qualified buyer to attend.
- No camera/video recorders at any time.
- No smoking.
- SLATS reserves the right to use photographs/video taken of you at the show for marketing purposes.
- Emerald Expositions reserves the right to accept, reject or prohibit registration for or attendance at its events at any time for any reason.
- Attendees hereby release Emerald Expositions from all liability claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, costs and expenses of any kind which arise out of/or result from attendee’s attendance at the event, whether or not foreseeable, including without limitation, personal injuries to the exhibitor or his/her invitees.
- Vendors at SLATS may utilize badge scanning in order to follow up with you after the show. Please be aware that permitting an exhibitor to scan your badge, your contact information including address, email, phone, and fax will be shared with the exhibitors, and SLATS will no longer be in control of how your information is used. Do I need to register for each yearly SLATS event separately?
Yes, you must register for each separate event so that we have the most current information for your business. Think of it as an RSVP to let us know you are coming to the show! Please check our Registration Information page for pricing, deadlines and registration category details.
Who can attend?
The Sports Licensing & Tailgate Show is a trade event and is not open to the public. All attendees must be active retailers, distributors, or otherwise affiliated with the sports licensing or tailgate industry.
To gain entrance to the show, the company must be qualified by show management and may be asked to provide materials confirming their role in the sports licensing or tailgate industry. Show Management reserves the right to request additional documentation for each Company and Employee beyond what is listed below if deemed necessary.

How do I register?
Click on the registration box at the upper right corner of this page. If registration happens to be closed, you can sign up to receive an email reminder once registration is open.
What is the cost of attending?

How will I know I am registered?
Once you register online, you will receive an automated email confirmation with a barcode at the top of the page. This confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided, so we need to have your direct email address so you can receive your confirmation. If you register by phone or mail, you will only receive an email confirmation if you have completed all the required demographics and provided an email address.
When will I receive my badge?
BADGES WILL NOT BE MAILED. You must print and bring your confirmation page to the show site to print out your badge. Just like you do at the airline when you print your boarding pass.

What is the SLATS teardown policy?
With respect to our safety policies and buyers who want to do business on the last day of the show, we ask that all companies refrain from early booth teardown. If exhibitors are found breaking down their booth prior to 2 p.m. on the last day, they will be asked to stop and put their booth back together. Due to the dangers associated with early breakdown for both attendees, staff and other exhibitors we are implementing an early breakdown fee. Buyers should be able to view all products available; aisles need to be clear of any packing materials, and exhibitors need to be able to take orders. Thank you for your cooperation.
Who can attend?
This is a Trade only event – qualified buyers and industry professionals only. This show is NOT open to the public, which is why we qualify every registrant to ensure everyone who attends is related to the industry. SLATS is a wholesale business marketplace.

Do I need to register myself and/or staff to get access to the show floor?
Yes, you must register each member of your staff who will need access to the show floor. Registration does not guarantee immediate entry into the Show. Each employee will need to have personal identification (driver’s license with photo or passport) and personal business identification (personalized business card, W2 form, or cancelled payroll check) to confirm entrance into the exhibit floor and to pick up their badge. Please note that there are no exceptions to this rule.
Your badge(s) are the property of SLATS, are non-transferable, and may be revoked at any time. Your badge will only be reprinted once at the Show for a fee. Please note that if you misplace your badge, you are jeopardizing the security of SLATS.
