Exhibitor Hub
The SLATS Exhibitor Hub is a “one-stop shop” where you can access all show services quickly and easily. To access it, you will need the password found in the confirmation email sent to your company’s primary show contact.

Please be aware that, despite potentially confusing language in their solicitations to you, many of these companies are not affiliated in any way with the event, are not endorsed by us, and may be offering services that are either subpar, misleading, or fraudulent. Any business arrangements regarding the event that you may make through unaffiliated third-party companies are at your own risk and expense.

Your Exhibitor Online Profile
There are two tools designed to help you promote your brand:
1. Exhibitor Hub
Once you contract for your booth, you can update your company profile, register booth staff, upgrade your digital package, upload product photos, and share show specials and press releases. The information provided here will be reflected in the printed show directory and online vendor directory. Your information will sync with SLATS Connect (Website + Mobile App) – please note that only product photos get loaded into SLATS Connect.
Information You’ll find in Your Exhibitor Hub:
✔ Exhibitor Service Manual – Important information regarding show rules and regulations, deadlines and ordering services through Freeman.
✔ Exhibitor Badge Registration – You must register all booth staff. Badges are not mailed prior to the show.
✔ Housing – Book your hotel rooms early for the best selection and price.
✔ Online Booth Profile – Update your company information that will be displayed online and used in the printed show directory.
✔ Digital Upgrades – Purchase upgrades to your eBooth to enhance your presence online.
✔ Financial Information – View invoices and payment information.
How to Access the Exhibitor Hub:
- Visit https://slats2025.smallworldlabs.com/home or the button below.
- Click the “Exhibitor Login” button
- Click “Forgot Password?” to create a password
- All exhibitors must create a new password for every show
- Enter your email address and click “Submit” (the email must be the same one you contracted with)
- You will receive an automated email with instructions to reset your password (be sure to check your junk/spam folder if you don’t see it)
- Click “Reset Password” in the email
- Create your password and click “Reset Password”
- Return to the login page and log in with your email and new password
- Once logged in, go to the Exhibitor Hub to begin updating your exhibitor profile
2. SLATS Connect (Website + Mobile App)
SLATS Connect is the new matchmaking tool. With it, you can connect, search, and message buyers and see AI buyer recommendations.

Lead Capture
With the new SLATS Lead Capture, exhibitors can discover a comprehensive lead capture solution designed to maximize sales potential. This new system’s highlights include touchless attendee badge scanning via the SLATS Mobile App, allowing for quick and efficient contact information capture. Users can scan badges offline, ensuring no leads are missed, and multiple users can access the system at no extra cost. The app also offers lead scoring, note-taking, and easy export of contact details for seamless follow-up. This innovative system enhances exhibitors’ ROI by streamlining lead management and improving networking opportunities.
Sports Licensing & Tailgate Show Logos
As you announce your presence at the Sports Licensing & Tailgate Show to your audience, you may utilize the name and logo of the show in your marketing materials solely and directly in connection with exhibiting at the show. However, under no circumstances may you ever modify in any way the name, logo, or other trademarks of the show.
Please refer to the terms and conditions attached to your Exhibit Space Contract for more detail and please contact Show Management with questions regarding your authorized use of the show’s trademarks.
