With the industry’s hottest new products on display all in one place, buying is the name of the game — why not get rewarded for your purchases? In 2025, 221 retailers wrote $27.5 million in orders with 121 participating exhibitors through our exclusive License to Buy program that gives you cash back for every dollar you spend over $500. More than $150,000 in refunds went right back into the pockets of buyers — with the lion’s share going to small businesses. Look for the “License to Buy” list of participating vendors in your Show Directory to take advantage of on-site!
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Take advantage of discounts and specials from participating exhibitors using the License to Buy coupons found in your Show Directory. When you make a minimum purchase of $500 per order with participating vendors, the Sports Licensing & Tailgate Show will reward you with money back!

BONUS!
When a buyer places orders with more than 4 participating License to Buy companies, they earn an additional bonus of $40 per company. The bonus starts with company #5.
For example:
You buy from 8 different participating License To Buy companies, with cumulative purchases of $6,000. Your reward would be $100 based on your cumulative orders. Plus, you will receive an additional $40 bonus on orders #5-8, for $160 extra. Your total money back would be $260!
LICENSE TO BUY PROCESS
NEW for 2025 – the process is now fully online! No triplicate forms, no paperwork. Follow these steps before and during the show.
BEFORE THE SHOW…
Submit the Online Redemption Form BEFORE coming to the show. We will no longer have paper copies available onsite.
DURING THE SHOW…
Follow these three easy steps to participate in the License to Buy Program.
ORDER AWAY!
Write orders with participating vendors. Each order must be a minimum of $500 per order (per Exhibitor) to qualify.
SUBMIT ORDERS
Submit the online Order Confirmation form for each order you place with the participating LTB exhibitors or scan this QR Code with your phone to access and bookmark the form now.

*Orders canceled or not paid will not count toward a rewards refund. Show Management reserves the right to revoke or reduce refund amounts if orders cannot be verified.
HAVING ISSUES ACCESSING THE ONLINE FORMS?
When accessing any of the two online forms on a mobile device, one of two scenarios will occur:
- If the Smartsheet app is not installed on your phone:
The form will open automatically in your mobile browser, allowing you to bookmark and use it without issues. - If the Smartsheet app is installed on your phone:
You’ll be prompted to log in to your Smartsheet account before the form opens. Once logged in, the form will function as expected.
Important: You do not need to download the Smartsheet app or create a Smartsheet account to access the online forms. This information is provided to help troubleshoot scenarios where the app is installed or when there is an active account on your device, as users will need to log in to open the form.
LICENSE TO BUY 2025 PARTICIPATING VENDORS
View all participating vendors in the Exhibitor Directory. On the left side menu, click on the + sign next to ‘License to Buy’ and select ‘Yes’ to filter. The directory will then display participating companies.
2025 LICENSE TO BUY TERMS & CONDITIONS
- License to Buy exhibitor coupons in your directory are valid at the current Sports Licensing & Tailgate Show, held from January 22 to 24, 2025.
- Buyers may only use one (1) LTB coupon per order, per exhibitor, written at the show. One coupon per store or corporation, per product special. Coupons will be accumulated per corporation. Orders must be written onsite during the 2025 show.
- License to Buy coupons have no other cash value. LTB coupons may not be used to pay any invoice and/or may not be used by buyers as payment “on account” against any outstanding customer indebtedness.
- License to Buy coupons expire at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 24, 2025.
- Orders will be verified with exhibitors following the show. Cancelled or unpaid orders will not count toward rewards refunds. Show Management reserves the right to revoke or reduce refund amounts if orders cannot be verified.
- No checks will be written to the buyer directly at the show. You will receive your check within approximately 90 days after the show.
