Look for the “License to Buy” list of participating vendors in your Show Directory to take advantage of on-site!
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Take advantage of discounts and specials from participating exhibitors using the License to Buy coupons found in your Show Directory. When you make a minimum purchase of $500 per order with participating vendors, the Sports Licensing & Tailgate Show will reward you with money back!

BONUS!
When a buyer places orders with more than 4 participating License to Buy companies, they earn an additional bonus of $40 per company. The bonus starts with company #5.
For example:
You buy from 8 different participating License To Buy companies, with cumulative purchases of $6,000. Your reward would be $100 based on your cumulative orders. Plus, you will receive an additional $40 bonus on orders #5-8, for $160 extra. Your total money back would be $260!

HAVING ISSUES ACCESSING THE ONLINE FORMS?
When accessing any of the two online forms on a mobile device, one of two scenarios will occur:
- If the Smartsheet app is not installed on your phone:
The form will open automatically in your mobile browser, allowing you to bookmark and use it without issues. - If the Smartsheet app is installed on your phone:
You’ll be prompted to log in to your Smartsheet account before the form opens. Once logged in, the form will function as expected.
Important: You do not need to download the Smartsheet app or create a Smartsheet account to access the online forms. This information is provided to help troubleshoot scenarios where the app is installed or when there is an active account on your device, as users will need to log in to open the form.
2027 LICENSE TO BUY TERMS & CONDITIONS
- License to Buy exhibitor coupons in your directory are valid at the current Sports Licensing & Tailgate Show, held from January 20 to 22, 2027.
- Buyers may only use one (1) LTB coupon per order, per exhibitor, written at the show. One coupon per store or corporation, per product special. Coupons will be accumulated per corporation. Orders must be written onsite during the 2027 show.
- License to Buy coupons have no other cash value. LTB coupons may not be used to pay any invoice and/or may not be used by buyers as payment “on account” against any outstanding customer indebtedness.
- License to Buy coupons expire at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 22, 2027.
- Orders will be verified with exhibitors following the show. Canceled or unpaid orders will not count toward rewards refunds. Show Management reserves the right to revoke or reduce refund amounts if orders cannot be verified.
- No checks will be written to the buyer directly at the show. You will receive your check within approximately 90 days after the show.
