LIDS, NFL Launch Cap Campaign

Headwear retailer LIDS, Indianapolis, recently completed its national “Buy a Cap, Give a Cap” campaign in partnership with the National Football League (NFL).

For every New Era NFL cap that was purchased at any LIDS or Locker Room by LIDS location on Dec. 9, LIDS donated one cap — up to 3,000 total — to United States Army servicemen and women.

The hats donated had a retail value of up to $34.99.

“LIDS recognizes the enormous contributions of our military men and women who continuously provide tremendous service to our nation,” says Ken Kocher, president of LIDS Sports Group. “These donations are our way of showing our appreciation and respect for all they do.”
