America Team License Group, Fowlerville, Mich., a division of J. America, has hired Eric Bradle as senior director of operations.
In this role, he will manage and lead all operational functions, while advancing efficiencies and growth. Bradle will oversee activities in distribution and warehousing operations, order management and fulfillment, domestic production, customer service and more.
Bradle was most recently the senior director of operations for Dallas Cowboys Merchandising LTD. He was a key contributor to the organization’s merchandising success, as well as its expansion into the collegiate licensing industry.
