Smith spent 14 years in licensing and product marketing for Playboy, in addition to her time with Nickelodeon and Major League Baseball. Currently, she leads an independent strategic marketing agency that specializes in licensing and branding.

Gabrielson previously held a senior management position at Prominent Brand + Talent, Evolution, Compass marketing and Toy Island.
