Finish Line Inc., Indianapolis, has reportedly put its JackRabbit chain of specialty running-shoe stores up for sale, according to Bloomberg.
The JackRabbit division has roughly 70 locations across the country, and could drum up serious interest from private-equity firms and other sporting-goods chains, the report says. Finish Line recently sought to expand its running market with the acquisitions of Running Co. and JackRabbit, making the sale a stark change of direction.
