Online licensed sports merchandise retailer Fanatics recently announced it is the new operator of KUstore.com, the official online store of the University of Kansas Athletics.
The deal, which went into effect July 1, has incorporated a wide range of new products, including an expanded assortment of women’s and kids’ merchandise, changes to navigation, a new checkout process and flat-rate shipping.
In partnering with Fanatics, Kansas joins a list of collegiate and professional sports teams, leagues and organizations, including the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, NASCAR, MLS, PGA, and hundreds of schools and pro teams. Kansas Athletics’ new online store now offers an expanded merchandise selection of more than 2,000 Jayhawk products. — M.Q.
