The Atlantic League of Professional Baseball (ALPB) announced a new partnership with Team Gear Inc. (TGI), Whippany, N.J., in which the latter will provide uniforms produced by Alleson Athletic to the league’s eight clubs.
“Team Gear enjoys a well-deserved reputation for providing the best quality authentic game uniforms and practice wear,” says Rick White, president of the Atlantic League. “Due to their expertise, they introduced Alleson Athletic into this arrangement. A high number of our players rejoin Major League organizations every year, and athletes of that caliber should wear high-quality, technically superior uniforms.”
TGI focuses on uniform and product distribution to schools, leagues, conferences and other clients in eastern states, and has supplied on-field products to ALPB for several years.
With the deal, TGI becomes an exclusive Authentic Team Issue partner of the Atlantic League, joining other brands such as OC Sports and Rawlings Sporting Goods.
