‘47, Boston, a premium sports lifestyle brand, announced the acquisition of National Hockey League (NHL) lifestyle apparel licensee Old Time Sports.

The financial details of the deal were not disclosed, but the transaction is expected to finalize in January 2016.

Under the deal’s terms, Old Time Sports will operate as an independent brand under ’47 and its ownership will remain active in the business’s daily operation.
